Elves will be assigned the following roles: customer service representative, cashier, artist, and an elf assisting with pickups. Keep in mind that these roles are not concrete throughout your shift or your duration at Santa’Ville. You may be required to rotate between these roles and often times take of multiple roles at a time.

Customer Service Rep
The customer service representative is the face of Santa'Ville, ensuring that every customer feels valued and their holiday shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. Their goal is to create lasting impressions and encourage word-of-mouth recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the perfect ornament or gift.
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about products, personalization options, and store policies.
Handle customer feedback and complaints with grace, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Maintain a friendly and calm demeanor during peak times, ensuring customers feel supported even in busy moments.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized recommendations and creating memorable interactions.
Artist
The artist is responsible for personalizing ornaments with precision and creativity while maintaining the brand’s signature style. They ensure consistency in fonts across locations, but are encouraged to add a personal touch that aligns with Santa'Ville's artistic standards.

Cashier
The cashier plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth transactions at Santa'Ville, handling sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently. They manage the register, balance cash flow, and make sure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the POS system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with attention to detail.
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy, ensuring the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
Balance the register at the end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are accounted for.
Maintain a calm, friendly demeanor, even during busy times, to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with other team members to assist customers promptly and efficiently, especially during high-traffic periods.
Pick-ups
The pick-up elf ensures a smooth customer experience by managing the flow of traffic during order collections and maintaining communication with both the artist and the cashier to avoid delays.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage the pick-up process, ensuring customers are directed efficiently without disrupting the flow of store traffic.
Communicate with the artist to ensure orders are ready for pick-up and notify customers when their order is complete.
Assist in managing the queue during busy times, proactively ensuring that customers are aware of when to approach the register.
Keep the area around the pick-up station tidy and organized to maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
Coordinate with the cashier to ensure smooth transitions during customer pick-up and payment.
General Responsibilities for All Roles:
